NEO77 Posted November 12, 2025 Report Posted November 12, 2025 (edited) car name: comet s2 is this bugged still like that? yes it's is it worth it to fix it? yes cuz the car is 920k stock price and 300k mod as well what's the problem? the problem is when u at high speed the car will hit 8th gear and make the car slower instead make it faster some times from 5th gear will go 8th gear as well and the top speed is bad as well cuz of that it will hit 240 if hit the max performance with out this bug or glitch and u can see it in this video Edited November 12, 2025 by NEO77
Diddern Posted November 12, 2025 Report Posted November 12, 2025 This is not a server side bug, it is faster than it should be. the car has an advanced handling flag called «hard_rev_limit» which causes these gear swaps at low revs ultimately causing the car to top out at a lower speed. Currently the «hard_rev_limit» flag behaves weird on the server as it allows for a higher top speed than usual, but still caps out at around 220. The cars affected by this flag can be found HERE . The Sultan RS classic on this list was hard capped at 194 previously, prior to latest update I have been hitting 220 in it.
