After an accidental delay in the acceptance of the licences, everything was finally sorted. Two ideas had already been in the making, the first was ‘Moments’ - focusing on event planning and organising this would be the bread and butter of the business and something that Scarlett & Co was passionate about. Bringing signature events to the city, a variety of packages would be offered to suit everyone, we know first hand just how stressful events can be so let us worry about the details so that you can enjoy your night. The second idea that would soon be coming to fruition would be called ‘Tastebuds’. A boutique Cafe serving food that’s sure to remind you of home. Adding additional ingredients and a drop of love, the food here is sure to leave your tastebuds tingling With the building secured at 14 West Eclipse Blvd, the race was on! News was spreading that the business would soon be open and Scarlett was excited to think of ideas to help other organisations with their events. As she was finishing restocking the food and drinks in the vending machine, her phone rang “Scarlett, it’s Lewis! I want to see you im coming over with Gareth!” Scarlett quickly ran around making sure she hadn’t left any paintbrushes out so she could make a good impression. After an hour of chit chat and showing off the building Lewis turned to her with an offer she couldn’t refuse. “Scarlett Out Of Towners want to run a 12 days of Christmas event, 12 days of consecutive events every day, we can host and be the face of them but we want you to organise them, up for the challenge?” ... Scarface Posted February 2 Author Report Posted February 2 Quote Louise Hurst approached Scarlett & Co wanting to host a Karaoke night with a twist. Their karaoke nights had become famous throughout Los Santos, with people making their singing debuts here and finding the next stars of the city. Louise, part of the organisation known as The Waterfelons, wanted to partner up with Scarlett & Co and host a 90's Karaoke Disco! The team was very excited, this would be their first proper event with uniforms that they would be able to work at and promote, and they quickly got everything together. It started with the marketing and advertising of the event, posters, adding creative flair and ensuring everyone knew what was going on for maximum numbers. At the same time they decided to host a raffle, they needed some money into their treasury so that they could start building the new HQ which was issued to them by the government (more on that next week!) The event was a success and a lot of fun. Everyone showed up to sing a song and have a good time, laughter could be heard throughout the room and the whole event ran smoothly. 1 Quote

One of her nightclubs that she had recently acquired under Scarlett & Co had yet to be opened and her business partner who funded the club was keen to open it’s doors. The building needed lots of renovations but the people of Los Santos wanted to see it open one last time before it underwent a massive revamp by her brother, Danny. The event was hosted on behalf of Celestial Soirees, patrons were invited to grab a free bracelet at the door dependant on their relationship status: Red for taken, Green for available, and Yellow for It’s complicated! DJ JJ turned up with his best tunes and the dance floor was popping! At the end of the night, someone had won a house in Vespucci, and we had also given away cash prizes for Best Dressed, Cutest Couple, and Swinging Singles! There was another Valentines event that Scarlett & Co were asked to host! Out Of Towners contacted us to host an impromptu party, the ideas started flowing and Scarlett finally settled on “Anonymous Love Letters Night”. The dance floor was packed, and people were able to send in their messages to their lovers, their ex’s or their secret crushes! Walls of Pacific Bluffs were filled from head to toe and people loved spending time reading and getting excited when they had a love note! Valet was on site professionally parking their cars, and security was on hand to make sure no riff raff entered the building. Quote

For OTF this came about with a personalised marketing plan and the first of many events... the grand opening of Liq’er Chicken. Everything was set in place and the green light was on, customers steadily made their way to the hot spot of the night with Scarlett & Co’s very own Gareth Barr providing the DJ set - from rap to hip hop the music tone was set with OTF in mind. Customers came in for chicken and had the option to try their hand at getting their name on the WALL OF FLAME. Our events always aim to have an interactive element, customers who took on this challenge first had to pass spice level 1: 3 questions about OTF. If they passed, they then went on to spice level 2: higher or lower dice roll. For the final challenge, the hottest spice level of the night, customers then had to roast a member of OTF for 60 seconds in front of the crowd. Only two customers managed to pass all three tests and get their name on the WALL OF FLAME. Quote
