Marijuana planting system

I would like to propose an idea around the potential planting marijuana exteriorly anywhere in the map. Which would be so wild if it ever manifested in the game.

1. go to 1/4 labs to pick plants

2. Find an active lab to make seeds

3. go to your backyard or any exterior and plant the seeds 3.1 add water, 

4. Let them grow for 3 hours,( every hour the plants need to be watered with a waterbottle.

 
5. You can finally pick the plants, but dont wait to long, they decay like food does.(side note, you can not make seeds from those plants you picked) make those plants a lighter color icon

6. Let the picked plant dry, for another 3 hours, on a drying rack,( imported by gangs) 6.1 every hour the plants need to be sprayed with thc <= dont make this TO expensive. 
7. You sucsessfully made your own plants 

my intention is to make farming marijuana like chopping cars, with NOT ONLY playtime being spend inside, and have some form of outer world expierence since this seems more desirable and fair, also i think “maintaining” the plants like watering and drying/spray every hour can be a usefull balance between passive and active gameplay, it alows for people to not stand next to it only farming in their backyard, having no out in the world interaction but rather make them go outside and come back to the place one hour later. Activating players to stay active during those hours of production. ALLOWING more RP oppertunity outside. Just to make sure this is clear, it needs a balance between. 

- taking long enough to not make them grind only in a hidden exterior and go do other things. 

- not to long to make a player log out and come back when all is done.

I think we might get it eventualy, but i am just throwing some inspiration in here
