[Technical Support] Umbra Smith - Unable to log into account

Issue Being Reported: I am unable to log into my Eclipse account due to a glitch regarding the password recovery screen. When I submit the recovery code that is sent to my email the server loads with the first screen before timing out and going to the second screen and sending me back to the original password recovery screen. I'd really appreciate help on this so I can get back to roleplaying.

I've just discovered something very interesting today- my password works on lifeinvader suggesting that the password remains unchanged on my account. 

I also tried to change my password on the panel today, when I type in the correct code to reset my password pressing the reset button also does nothing- just like in game.

@Umbra_Smith When you receive your recovery code via email, click the link on the email instead of typing in the code.  Try to do this without recently doing failed attempts as the system sets a temporary restriction on recovery attempts.

Just tried this and when I type in the correct code and click submit nothing happens

Click on the link in the email, don't type in the code manually.
