Over the past week, Alfie has been working hard and applying for Properties with the San Andreas Government. The property is in construction and Alfie wanted to discuss it with Ramesh. Furthermore, Alfie has been thinking about rebranding the company from BOWER RAMESH to another name. Over his very long discussion with Adithya, they decided on a new name for the company. Starting now, the parent company for Alfie and Adithya’s business will be called Vanguard. Throughout the meeting, they made many different logos and talked about expanding the business instead of just being a Law Firm. Alfie filed all his documents with the Government, and is awaiting an update from them to finalise the new company. Welcome to Vanguard. The Government were alerted and are processing the request. Alfie met Adithya at City Hall whilst working at his main job, the LSPD. As the morning was quiet, they sat around at City Hall, while Adithya worked on cases and Alfie waited for calls to come in. Alfie got home and began working on logos for Vanguard on his computer. Over many hours, he designed a final logo for the parent company, Vanguard Vanguard (and its subsidiaries) does not condone any illegal activity whilst being employed by the business. Today, he purchased a Stretch. These 2 cars are perfect for transporting our clients in luxury and style, to ensure they have the best experience with us. Alfie and Adithya has put their cash together and bought a custom license plate for the Cavalcade XL, “V3NGUARD”. VANGUARD was taken, so that was their only other choice. Now, people around the city can notice us through our luxury vehicles, and also the license plates. We are looking to get another license plate for the Stretch, and can’t wait for our customers to experience true luxury, whilst also getting their service done to the full potential. In the background, Alfie has been working thorougly with the Government to acquire all the registrations need to run Vanguard. A few days ago, the business registration was accepted for Vanguard Law, and Alfie is just awaiting the Business Licenses to be sorted, and the property to finalise its construction. Alfie has taken a week break and is out of the city for a week to go see his family for a week, and left Adithya in charge. In the meantime, Alfie has looked into leasing out a Gas Station, and has applied to lease out the Aviation Gas Station in Sandy Shores. olowepolo Posted April 30, 2025 Author Report Posted April 30, 2025 Property Acquired This morning, the Government finalised the construction of Vanguard’s Property and Alfie paid his deposit of $150,000 to begin the contract. Alfie is currently waiting for the keys to be handed over to him, so he can begin finding renovaters to properly furnish the property so it can be used by Employees and Customers at Vanguard. The property is located on 3 Ginger Street and has a 3x3x3 layout. The property will have 3 floors, and will be sized well. Each floor will contain different parts of Vanguard, and will be furnished exceptionally well to fully ensure we are using the property to its full potential. As of now, Alfie only needs to wait for GOV to update the Law Firm license as told by an employee there, then he can buy the Law Firm License and Vanguard Law can begin operating as a Law Firm and Consultation Business. The property was inspected thorougly, and Alfie, alongside with Adithya, were both amazed with the size of it. The renovation has already begun, and Alfie is putting countless hours into making the property welcome for customers, and a great working environment for everyone. We are located on 3 Ginger Street, and can’t wait to show the final results of the property. Floors will be dedicated to specific areas of Vanguard, and will be full of ammentities and experiences no job has seen before. Over the past few days and weeks, Alfie has been working hard on making sure everything is to their liking, and has spent hundreds of thousands to ensure the quality is just how him and his customers will want. The first level is close to being finished, there are just a few more rooms to be constructed and perfected. The first floor will consist of a reception area, office space, consultation room, conference room and some toilets. With Alfie having 3 jobs, the renovation is taking some time, but he is ensuring everything is precise and on point. Soon, the building will be ready for customers to enter and receive services from Vanguard. Now, Vanguard has expanded out of Law and entered the Gas industry, now providing the best quality gas at the Sandy Airfield (104 Panorama Dr). The gas station is open to Vehicles, but most importantly, Aircrafts. Alfie and Adithya are aiming to provide the best quality fuel to ensure everyone has a reliable and safe travel to their desired locations. At $22 per gallon, the most competitive price, Alfie feels that he will be able to attract many aircrafts and vehicles to use the gas station. The lease runs for 6 months, and Alfie is looking to host some events at the gas station, or promoting it further to attract more customers. This new addition to Vanguard will create so many new ideas and build further knowledge to the team. This, is Vanguard Gas. Up to now, they have both been working hard to be able to purchase a property, expand out of just Law and into other industries, and provide a fantastic experience for all of our Attorneys and Human Resources Staff. They have worked hard at their regular jobs to be able to purchase a large property, and able to lease out a gas station to expand their customer base.

Alfie has been busy over the past few weeks recruiting Attorneys and Human Resources Staff, and mainly structuring the Company. We are constantly reaching out to individuals who wish to be defended, and working hard to get our first case. On the other hand, Vanguard Gas has been performing exceptionally, with over $100,000 in pure revenue made since the start of the lease, which will be deposited into the treasury. Our loyal employees will be receiving bonuses soon from the team, and we will continue to build our environment. Not to mention, our renovations are going quite slow, but in around 2 weeks, Alfie will be working 10 hours each day to ensure the property is fully built. Our team will be revealed soon.
