Los Santos. A city where loyalty was as rare as trust, and every street corner told a story of survival. For some, it was all about getting by, hustling, and running the same game as everyone else. But for a few, it was about something more. It was about carving out a legacy, a name that would be remembered long after the chaos settled. The crew was born in the underbelly of the city—the places where the sun barely touched, where the air smelled of gasoline and smoke. It started with Manny, a kid from Grove Street, who’d grown up on nothing but scraps and street corner lessons. He was tired of seeing the same faces, tired of the same tired schemes. He was done being a cog in someone else’s machine. He knew that to get ahead, to take over the streets, you needed more than just muscle. You needed something that held people together when the world tried to tear them apart. You needed respect. And you needed a group that had your back, no matter what. One night, after a messy job involving a stolen car and a close call with the law, Manny sat down with his closest partners in crime. They were all born and raised in the gutter, and they’d seen enough blood spilled to know what really mattered. Trust. Brotherhood. No one gets left behind. They needed a name. Something that fit who they were—something that said they weren’t just another crew, they were The Regiment. The name hit like a ton of bricks. Simple, sharp, and straight to the point. They weren’t about playing games, they were about taking control. But unlike the other crews who had their flashy colours and outlandish schemes, The Regiment stood for something real: they were raw, they were gritty, and they were here to make their mark. The colour green was no coincidence. It wasn’t about fancy logos or matching outfits—it was a nod to the city itself, to the streets they knew like the backs of their hands. Green was the colour of the hustle. It was the shade of weed, of money, and of the streets they ran. When they showed up in their green jackets and hoodies, it wasn’t to impress. It was to intimidate, to let everyone know they didn’t care for trends—they made their own.

Getting Acquainted

Tonight, we met with both The Alliance and The Waterfelons. Tension filled the air, but there was mutual respect between us all. The Alliance came in calculated and sharp, while the Waterfelons rolled in with that street-smart edge. It’s clear—this is just the beginning of something big. The city’s about to change, and we’re ready for the ride.

Ace had just moved to Los Santos, wide-eyed and uncertain, overwhelmed by the neon lights and the hum of the city. Lost in the maze of streets, he stumbled upon a small alley where a few locals noticed his confusion. Recognizing the look of a newcomer, we approached him with a knowing grin. "First day in the city?" we asked. He nodded, his hands clutching a crumpled map. We took Ace under our wing, not as tourists, but as someone about to learn the real ways of Los Santos. We showed him the hidden spots where the city’s underbelly thrived—the alleyways where deals went down, the backroom clubs, and the quiet corners where criminals made their moves. We taught him the street names no one dared to forget, the routes for a quick getaway, and how to stay one step ahead. By the end of the day, Ace wasn’t just lost in a city of chaos—he was starting to understand its pulse. As we parted ways, he smiled, his confidence growing. "Thanks for the tour," he said, already blending into the rhythm of Los Santos, ready to make his mark in the shadows.

The Fleeca Job:

The crew had one mission tonight: Fleeca Bank. Quick, clean, and with minimal heat. Manny, the leader, scoped the bank from a distance. “This is it,” he muttered. Teddy, the hacker, was parked a block away, fingers flying over her laptop. “Cameras down in five,” he radioed. Inside, Hugo, the muscle, knocked out the security guard as Ethan and Teddy moved in. manny’s voice was steady: “Everyone down, no one gets hurt!” TEDDY worked the vault while manny and hugo kept watch. The sirens wailed in the distance. “How’s it going, TEDDY?” MANNY barked.“Almost done,” he replied, his fingers flying. “Vault’s open.” Within minutes, duffel bags were filled. “Let’s go!” MANNY ordered. They were out the door, bikes roaring to life. By the time the cops arrived, the crew was already gone, splitting the spoils in their hideout. Manny smirked. “This city’s ours now.”

Week of Hustle:

It’s been a long week for The Regiment. The city never sleeps, and neither did we. From the crack of dawn to the dead of night, we were on the move—robbing houses, hitting labs, and cooking up everything we could to keep the cash flowing. Every night we gathered, the plan was simple: grind, hustle, and stack that paper. The crew started strong with a series of clean house hits. We moved fast and quiet, hitting the richest neighborhoods, making sure the loot was as clean as our getaway. No alarms, no mess, just smooth operations and fat pockets. But that wasn’t enough. We needed more and more money, more power, more control. So we turned our attention to the labs. Running the labs wasn’t easy. We fought through rival crews, dodged the heat, and cooked up some of the finest product the city had seen. We kept our operations tight and protected what was ours. The heat never got too close, and the stacks grew higher by the hour. By the end of the week, The Regiment had not only made a fortune, but we had also made a statement. We’re here, we’re hungry, and we won’t stop until we’re on top. The hustle paid off, but the grind never ends. Next week, who knows? Maybe we’ll take it to the next level. For now, we sit back, count our spoils, and enjoy the fruits of our labor. But we’re always watching, always planning, and always ready for whatever comes next. The Regiment is stronger than ever. And we’re just getting started.

Los Locus Meeting:

Ethan pulled up to the rundown warehouse, the engine of his car still idling as he stepped out. The Los Locos crew was waiting. Their reputation preceded them—ruthless, cunning, and always looking for an edge. He walked toward them with confidence. “I’ve got a plan,” he said, his voice steady. “We set up labs, cook together. You handle distribution, I bring the connections. We keep the heat off and the profits high.” The crew exchanged looks, sizing him up. The leader, ever calculating, nodded slowly. “Sounds like a good deal. You think you can handle it?” “I’ve handled worse,” Ethan replied. “Let’s make this city ours.” The deal was made. Days later, they had labs running, cooking product like a well-oiled machine. Profits soared, and with their combined resources, they controlled more of the streets than ever before. With this new partnership, the future was clear—big, bold, and bright. The city was theirs for the taking.

The Regiments' influence in the city was undeniable. With each passing month, their control expanded like a creeping tide. New vehicles, sleek and formidable, cruised through the streets, a symbol of their growing power. The latest model, a heavily armored truck, made its debut, cutting through traffic on the hunt. Meanwhile, prime real estate that once lay abandoned was swiftly converted into propertie. These apartments, now gleaming in the city’s district, were more than just luxury spaces; they were strongholds. As the Regiments' presence deepened, whispers of their reach spread, and the city began to adapt to the unmistakable shadow they cast.

The Regiment x Black Corp.

Manny Bing stood across from El Patrone, leader of Black Corp. The two leaders had circled each other for a while, but tonight was different. The air was tense, but neither man flinched. Manny spoke first, his voice steady. “So, what’s the deal, El Patrone? Why should I trust you? Your crew has power, but so does mine.” El Patrone’s gaze was calm but piercing. “We both want the same thing.. control of this city. Your muscle and my reach? Together, we can take over everything the streets, the money, the power.” Manny considered the offer carefully. “And what makes you think we won’t clash along the way? I’ve seen too many alliances fall apart.” El Patrone’s smile was almost imperceptible. “I don’t make moves unless I’m sure of the outcome. We’ll be unstoppable together.” Manny nodded slowly. “Alright, but you better deliver. I don’t partner with anyone who can’t hold their own.” The handshake that followed was simple, but it marked the beginning of a powerful, uncertain alliance. What came next, neither man could predict, but the future of Los Santos had just shifted.

The Rat in the Ranks

The cold steel of the barracks echoed in the silence, the only sound the occasional creak of old timbers as the wind howled outside. We were a tight-knit crew, bound by years of camaraderie, but in times of desperation, even the closest of friends could become enemies. It started with rumors. Whispers in the shadows about someone in the regiment giving information to the enemy. At first, we ignored it paranoia was the enemy's favorite weapon. But as time passed, the signs became too obvious to dismiss. Supplies started to disappear. Messages went missing. And worst of all, our positions were being compromised during drills. The tension was palpable. Every man’s eyes darted about, searching for the telltale signs of a traitor. Trust, once the foundation of our bond, began to crumble under the weight of suspicion. Then, one night, Ethan came to us, his face pale but resolute. He’d found the rat. His eyes locked onto Jay Woo, the newest member of the crew, who had arrived just weeks ago with no real history to speak of. The signs had been there all along too many unexplained absences, too many quiet conversations with the wrong people. It was time to act."I’m handling it," Ethan said, his voice cold. He reached into his pack, pulling out his torture kit. The tools inside gleamed under the dim light a set of cruel instruments meant for interrogation, but tonight, they would be used for something far darker. The rest of us stood frozen, unsure of what to do. Jay Woo stood in the corner, his eyes wide with confusion and fear, but he didn't deny the accusation. His gaze flickered nervously as Ethan moved closer, his hands steady. Then Manny Bing, the crew’s leader, stepped forward. His gaze was unwavering as he met Ethan's eyes. There was no hesitation. No second-guessing. He gave Ethan the nod.A simple gesture, but it carried the weight of a thousand unspoken words. The decision had been made. No more time for doubt, no more room for weakness."You've been compromised," Ethan muttered, as Manny's cold stare never wavered. "You brought them here."

Jay Woo opened his mouth to speak, but Ethan silenced him with a glance. Without hesitation, he snapped open the kit and began his work, methodical and efficient. The rest of us were paralyzed by the scene unfolding before us, but in that moment, there was no going back. When it was over, Ethan wiped his hands on a rag, his face blank. Jay Woo, now nothing more than a shadow of the man he once was, lay motionless on the floor. The air was thick with the smell of blood and sweat, but the job had been done. The traitor had been eliminated. As we filed out of the barracks, one by one, we didn't speak. There was no need to. We all knew what had been done. Ethan's actions had ensured the survival of the regiment, but at a cost our innocence had been lost. And as the moonlight filtered through the broken windows, casting long shadows across the cold floor, we couldn't shake the feeling that the rat might not have been the only one among us.

In an industrial district, Manny Bings and his crew, The Regiment, had taken control of a high-tech lab to grow the best cannabis the city had ever seen. Manny, along with Hugo, Teddy, John Boy, Ethan, and Pete, worked tirelessly to create their own signature strain.

Hugo, now handling distribution, kept the supply chain running smoothly while Teddy managed the cultivation, ensuring the plants thrived. John Boy kept the logistics in check, ensuring everything the lab needed was always in place. Ethan, the scientist, and Pete, a cannabis expert with a nose for perfection, collaborated on breeding the perfect strain. Pete had spent years hand-picking the best buds, and Manny trusted him to elevate their product to new heights. After weeks of hard work, Pete brought in a jar of rare, high quality buds that would serve as the base. “This is the foundation,” Pete said, his eyes gleaming. “From here, we perfect it.”The first batch was a hit. John Boy tested it with underground dealers, and the response was explosive. "This is the best weed in the city," they said. Demand skyrocketed, and Pete ensured every bud leaving the lab was top-notch.Finally, Manny stood with his crew in the back room of the lab, looking at the gleaming buds they had grown. “We did it. The best strain in the city,” he said.Pete took a drag of a joint and grinned. “Yeah, you did. And now, the city’s ours.”

The Regiment had succeeded. They controlled the lab, the strain, and soon, the streets.

TSM Records: A New Beginning

Manny Bing and Ethan Blackwood stood in front of a run-down building, the remnants of its old life barely visible beneath layers of graffiti and decay. The neighborhood around them had seen better days, but Manny’s vision was clear. The streets of Los Santos were filled with untapped talent, raw energy, and dreams too big to fit within the limits of the hood.

“This is it, bro. TSM Records,” Manny said, his eyes gleaming with determination as he ran a hand over the rusted metal door. “This place... this is where we change the game.”

Ethan gave a knowing nod, a slow grin spreading across his face. He had seen Manny pull off bigger miracles before, but this felt different. The two had been grinding for years, hustling in the underground music scene, but now they had the chance to build something that would outlast them.

“This is more than just a studio. This is a platform,” Ethan said, crossing his arms and surveying the space. “A place for every kid with a mic, a dream, and the right hunger. We give them the tools, the space, and most importantly, the chance.”

Manny’s eyes narrowed as he stepped inside the building, the old concrete floor covered in dust and debris. It smelled like years of neglect, but beneath it, the bones of the structure had potential. High ceilings, wide open spaces perfect for soundproofing, and the kind of raw character that couldn’t be replicated anywhere else.

"We’ll make it happen. We’re not just building a studio," Manny said, pulling out a crumpled blueprint from his jacket. “We’re building a movement. TSM Records is gonna be the place where the next legends come from. This is the new home of the underground.”

Ethan chuckled, already feeling the energy in the air. He had always known Manny had a way of seeing opportunity where others saw nothing but a fixer-upper.

"Got the soundboard, the mixing equipment, and all the gear coming in tomorrow?" Ethan asked, double-checking the logistics.

"Yeah," Manny replied with a grin. "We’ve got the best in the game backing us up. And don’t forget real street talent doesn't need anything fancy. We’re gonna make it work with what we’ve got. But trust me, this place will shine."

The two spent the next few weeks working tirelessly, transforming the dusty shell into a state-of-the-art recording studio. Every corner was polished, every inch designed for the kind of creativity that could only be born out of the struggle of the streets. Walls were covered with murals of local legends, neon lights flickered like the city’s heartbeat, and the studio buzzed with life and excitement.

Soon, word spread through the neighborhood. Artists, rappers, producers, and hustlers all started showing up, ready to record their dreams at TSM Records. The vibe was different it wasn’t just about making money or getting signed; it was about telling stories, sharing truths, and creating music that reflected the raw energy of the streets.

Manny and Ethan were more than just owners; they were mentors, helping the new talent find their voices. From the quiet kid with a beat machine to the street poet with a flow that could melt concrete, TSM Records became the place where dreams were built and legends were born.

One evening, after another long day of recording, Manny leaned back in his chair, his eyes scanning the room full of artists.

"You see it, Ethan?" Manny said quietly. “We’re making history. TSM Records ain’t just a studio. It’s a movement.”

Ethan looked around, a silent nod of agreement. The future of the hood was being recorded right here, one track at a time.

And for Manny Bing and Ethan Blackwood, this was only the beginning.

Manny Bing stood with his crew in the dimly lit warehouse, OTF’s men facing them, eyes sharp and wary. The air was thick with tension, but there was something else mutual respect. These two crews had been rivals for years, but even the hardest players in Los Santos knew when it was time to stop fighting each other.

Jimmy, broke the silence. “Didn’t think you’d show.”

Manny met his gaze, steady. “I’m not here for the past. We’ve both got enemies getting too close."

Jimmy studied him for a moment, then nodded slowly. “You’re right. Don’t mistake this for trust, though. One wrong move, and this alliance’s over.”

Manny grinned. “I’m not here to make mistakes.”

With a firm handshake, the fragile truce was sealed. There was no love between them, but there was respect earned through years of fighting and surviving the same streets.

As gunfire echoed in the distance, Manny knew for the first time, they were allies. And in Los Santos, that meant more than anything.

In the shadowy underworld of vehicle theft, the gang known as Regiment had built a reputation for their precision and efficiency. Their operations were meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Their secret? A well-oiled machine of trust, loyalty, and skill among its members.

Manny, the charismatic and strategic leader, had carefully nurtured this gang. But now,  he was taking a well-deserved vacation, leaving the reins in the capable hands of Pete, Hugo, and John Boy.

Pete, a wiry man with a knack for electronics, was the tech wizard of the gang. He could bypass any security system within minutes, making him indispensable. Hugo, a burly man with a mind as sharp as his fists, handled the logistics. He coordinated the vehicle pickups and drop-offs with military precision. John Boy, the smooth-talking negotiator, handled the sales. He had a way with words that turned potential buyers into loyal clients.

As Manny, Bing, and Ethan lounged on a secluded beach, Pete, Hugo, and John Boy ensured that the operations continued seamlessly. They had a big job lined up – a shipment of luxury cars that needed to be "reallocated" and sold within a week. Pete's fingers flew over the keyboard as he hacked into the cars' security systems, unlocking them one by one. Hugo's team swiftly transported the vehicles to their hidden warehouse. John Boy worked his charm, securing buyers willing to pay top dollar.

The gang's efficiency did not go unnoticed. Their rivals tried to muscle in, but Pete's tech-savvy defenses, Hugo's strategic planning, and John Boy's clever diplomacy kept the threat at bay. The money flowed in, and the gang thrived.

When Manny, Bing, and Ethan returned, they found the gang stronger and richer. Pete, Hugo, and John Boy had not just kept things running – they had taken Regiment's operations to new heights.

Their trip had proven that the true strength of Regiment lay not just in its leader, but in the unwavering loyalty and skill of each member. As they celebrated their success, they knew they could face any challenge, as long as they stood together.

The Regiment: Keeping Things Moving Forward

With Manny, Ethan, and Teddy still away from the city, the remaining trio—Pete, Hugo, and Johnboy with the help from a few recruits and remaining loyal members have taken it upon themselves to keep operations running smoothly and profitably in the criminal underworld. Their activities include robbing stores and managing a successful weed-growing operation at local spots.

 Store Robberies

Planning and Strategy

  • Target Selection: Pete, being the planner of the group, meticulously studies potential targets. They focus on smaller convenience stores and liquor shops that typically have minimal security and are located in less monitored neighborhoods.
  • Reconnaissance: They take turns observing stores for patterns in staff shifts and customer flow. Hugo often plays the role of a customer, gauging the store's security measures and identifying the best escape routes.

Execution of Heists

  • Roles Defined: On the day of the heist, each member has a clear role. Hugo acts as the enforcer, ensuring compliance from the store staff through intimidation. Pete manages the logistics, keeping an eye on the door and coordinating the escape. Johnboy, with his tech skills, disables security cameras and alarms, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Quick Execution: They aim to be in and out within minutes. The adrenaline rush fuels their efficiency, and they leave with cash and whatever small valuables they can grab.
  • Clean-Up: After the heist, they use a pre-arranged safe house to hide the stolen goods. They have a method for laundering the cash, ensuring that it blends seamlessly into their finances.

2. Growing Weed

Cultivating in Local Spots

  • Identifying Grow Locations: With the city’s shifting legal landscape, Pete and Johnboy scout for discreet locations to set up their grow operations. They utilize secluded plots of land, ensuring these spots are hidden from prying eyes.

Managing the Operation

  • Daily Care: Pete oversees the cultivation process, ensuring the plants receive proper nutrients and care. He keeps meticulous records of growth cycles, experimenting with different strains to find the most profitable ones.
  • Quality Assurance: To differentiate their product, they focus on quality rather than quantity. They develop a reputation for premium cannabis, which allows them to charge higher prices. Hugo and John Boy uses his charm to build relationships with local dealers, ensuring they have steady buyers lined up.

3. Building Networks

Connecting with Other Factions

  • Establishing Alliances: Recognizing the need for protection and expanding their operations, Hugo and Johnboy initiate contact with other factions in the city. They arrange meetings in neutral locations, discussing potential partnerships that could benefit both parties.
  • Information Exchange: They share intelligence about rival operations and law enforcement activities, creating a network of mutual assistance. This cooperation helps them navigate the dangerous waters of the criminal underworld.

Diversifying Income Streams

  • Expanding Operations: As profits from the weed operation and robberies increase, they consider branching out into other illegal activities, such as smuggling or running illegal gun operations. This diversification protects them from market fluctuations and increases their revenue.
  • Community Involvement: To build goodwill and distract from their illegal activities, they begin supporting local events, this tactic helps them gain favor among locals.

Law Enforcement Pressure

  • Increased Scrutiny: With their activities becoming more visible, law enforcement begins to close in. Johnboy’s tech skills come in handy as he sets up counter-surveillance measures, allowing them to stay one step ahead.
  • Crisis Management: They implement a series of contingency plans in case of a raid, including hiding valuable assets and creating false trails to mislead law enforcement.

                                                                                                Sorting out the issues

Over the past week "The Regiment" have been busy working and keeping to themselves making money and making moves until one cold evening when they encountered an issue outside of city bank.

John Boy and Filip Wong were minding their own businesss at the bank after depostiting a large amount of cash from a job they recently just completed, when they were rudely encountered by a new group of criminals called "The Tillbury Skins". John Boy asked the group of bald fellas what the issue was when all of a sudden one of them pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the arm multiple times, luckily John Boy survived and ran back to Filip when he started shouting "Follow that white warrener!" which Filip understood and took chase for the warrener but the "Tillbury Skins" cowardly pulled up next to the police and decided to stay there. Not caring John Boy took out his pistol and shot at the gang, he got arrested for this situation and he still wasn't satisfied until he got his revenge.

Fast forward a few days later The Regiment and a few other organisations that the "Tillbury Skins" have disrespected went out on a massive man hunt to try find these individuals but there was no success.

On a windy damp evening Teddy and Pete were crusing around the city and felt the need for a burger from Burger Shot when unexpectidly they ran into the baldie, Pete jumped out of the car and got the bald fella into the boot of the car and said on the radio "John Boy we've got one of the bastards" John Boy all excited got one of his favourite weapons out and linked up at the spot. After half an hour of torture later John Boy shot the bald fella right between the eyes and then set his body alight with fire, thinking the situation was over Teddy and Pete went to lifeinvader bank to bank some money when they saw another "Tillbury Skin" they repeated what happened before and did the same thing. This time the other fella decided to get brave it took more to punish this guy, they did everything to the guy but he was still running his mouth John Boy couldn't hear another word from him so he told the lads to "light him up" the whole gang unleashed lead on the poor fella and left him to rot next to his burnt friend.

                                                                     Back to normal

Things are looking up for the Regiment again as they continue to get things back to normal.

The lads have been back to robbing houses and banks building up the treasury fund for their new investment a new business idea and money making scheme, they've also been back as a unit in the production of weed and holding down numerous pot farms around the city mixing and matching batches to get that perfect strain they've been working months and months on. With every successful night of house robberies and banks they've been ultilizing there allies and shifting large amounts of packed money to boost relationships and bonds, the process was normal and following like it always was, Pete on the cannabis and new strains of the Regimental kush and Teddy and John Boy making deals with allies for good money income for the organisation and its members whislt Hugo sat back and relaxed knowing The Regiment was back amongst the big bucks once again.

The Regiment and Los Locos takeover

Over the past week The Regiment and Los Locos have been taking over the drug labs in Los Santos, they've always had a tight relationship as the two establishments got started at about the same time. They was once neighbours and always helped eachother out with whatever they needed to succeed.

Ethan and Hugo went to the new barrio to ask the Locos if they wanted to hold and they accepted the offer, over the next few days they spent countless hours together cooking all different sorts of drugs and made a tidy profit. They also fended off many enemies that wanted to take the drugs for their own benifit but the two groups fended off anybody that tried to get in their way of both of the groups aspired success, it brought the two factions closer than they've ever been and knew they could rely on eachother whenever they needed.

A criminal diary

The green recruitment

The man offered Tony extra cash as a token of gratitude, but he politely refused. After a brief moment of thought, the man presented Tony with a better offer - recognizing his integrity and potential.

The deal was straightforward: Tony would plant marijuana and wait for the right moment when he’d be contacted to sell them. All he had was a name: Pete from Regiment, and the hope that, eventually, his phone would ring.

Plant, grab, repeat

image.jpeg.3c374e3eada210b896ddd475a47c073d.jpeg

Days passed. No call. Hope dwindled.

Was this a test from the Regiment? Or just a broken deal?

This wasn’t about planting at all. Without his knowledge, they were testing him.

The fundamentals of The Regiment: perseverance, determination, self-reliance.

He recognized the number but had never heard of the place.

So, he reached out to a trusted friend , none other than one of the most prominent members of Los Locos: Mexican Riki

ATM error: "Insufficient funds"

The Mighty Bush needed to open. But we needed equipment of the highest standard. So , all the members were mobilized and decided that they needed a large influx of money. They grouped together and started working on the plan.

Their target was the city's ATM network, so they got to work.

I don’t even want to imagine what the police headquarters looked like with all the alerts they were receiving at the same time.

But This

Wasn`t enough

The money barely fit in a bag, but they needed more, so they devised a brilliant plan.

The Heist

They contacted their insider to find out when the next big money transport would be. He took advantage of a security vulnerability and managed to extract intel about the upcoming routes.

The transport was scheduled to happen the following week.

Everyone was ready for the big day.

The transport was set to depart at the scheduled time. A car was supposed to follow them to make sure there were no deviations from the route.

The transport was heading to the bank in Paleto.

On the way, an accomplice of the Regiment forced the leading driver of the transport vehicle to deviate into a secluded place inside some abandoned barns.

There, members of the gang ambushed the transport vehicles.

They forced them to open the vehicles and held the drivers at gunpoint.

Everything was going as expected. They unloaded the entire load of money.

As a result of this heist, they managed to get the rest of the money they needed to finish their project.
