Graphics Mods

i see in many reports these past days that people have graphics mod installed and i want to know what kind!
you know not those cheating graphics mod where you can see through bushes, but those that like you can see in the night better you know!
a lot of people have them, they dont even shame away from it, they post a clip when making report where you can clearly see a graphics mod being used!
 

i want them too please, i want the same advantage as the other guys, please say someone what graphics mod is that and how to install!!!

That's not allowed and against the rules, any mod that gives you an advantage is just cheating at this point, you can use any graphic enhancing mods but not changing the night to day or anything like that.

you know some of these graphic enhancing mods? I want to install them as well
