Unable to login to Gov sites

I tried logging into the Government medical site to apply for BLS training but I cannot login with my creds. I tried emailing myself the password reset link but I never received an email. I even checked the spam section.

The gov website requires a separate account from your normal game account. Are you sure that you have registered there?

I was able to figure out why I coukdbt login. Issue is resolved
