[BUYING] 1G/2G With External Space

I like to tune my car so I'll need a bit of space for a lift and other relevant furniture.

I have a 1G in Jamestown if you'd like to take a look. The private exterior garage is big enough currently for a small car (perfect for a motorbike), but could be extended if needed.
Asking price is $225k - or rent-to-own for $50k/week with a $25k deposit.

that looks awesome, would it be able to be enclosed so that the fence is instead something like walls? I'd definitely need to make space for a normal car.

((EDIT: I asked support staff in game if I'd be allowed to do something like a chop shop, and they informed me that you're not allowed to build outside of shared buildings...that looks like an apartment building is it not? @bondoroz))
