my game is haveing problems loading

hello when i try to load in to the game my screen just sits on a black screen i never see a normal loading screen it takes multiple attempts of shutting down app and restarting it to get past this black screen and when i dose get past it it just poof right to the log in screen. pov  https://streamable.com/9ic79k
