These properties are RENT -to - OWN.

 

So how does it work. 

You sign a contract with myself. That contract states that you would like to rent the apartment for 10 weeks.

So you pay 9 payments off 'Rental' for the apartment. The 10th payment for the apartment would include the keys, and the deeds to the apartment handed over to you with full ownership. 

This is a way to help people to get on the property ladder and not feel that they are throwing money away by renting, as at the end of it, you will OWN the property outright.

What's even better, is although this kind of a loan, there is ZERO interest on these apartments. 

 

I will be searching Los Santos regularly to expand a portfolio and to add further properties to this list.

Both apartments will be the same price and the same 'rental' price.

Before you make your first payment, we will sign an agreement that I will give you sole ownership of the property when all 10 payments are made.

You then 'rent' it from me for 9 weeks at 50k per week.

On the 10th week you will buy the property at the door for 50k.

After that you can do what you wish with it as it will be your property.

No big payment. A few small payments.

Then you have your own home.
