Iriael Posted May 1, 2022 Report Posted May 1, 2022 I attempted to charge a panto that was blocking the road up to upper power street with VC09 Blocking Intersection - as per the penal code https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qMm9u2Tl59RBpNyNSA88G7WYPFwiOgzXqL-1cWgAHEc/edit#gid=836612286 However, the charge does not exist in the MDC. VC08 and VC10 exist, but not VC09.
