[Not so bright question]

I just wanted to double check, the only thing needed for the mod itself to work is to have GTA V from Steam right?

Hey everyone, I'm Mitchell, but my screen name is IronhideFire. Long time player of GTA, long time viewer of GTA RP, so I'm hoping to get into it.
