[Mods not recognized in new Modview]

Issue/bug you are reporting: modview not taking my previous modifications into consideration when giving me price for further upgrades

Expected behavior:  i expect the price of mod to be the price of the upgrade from what i already have, not what it would cost if i upgraded from stock
