re-download the resources without crashing and same error when login

when i enter my credentials to log in i get the 1 min countdown start waiting for server response when it end it show me "no response from server" and back to login interface but sometime this happen : https://imgur.com/2WmUm34 the usual error : https://imgur.com/a/tSo36Ah
