  1. Want to live the 3G life without paying 2 to 3 million dollars to do it?

Downtown 3G Apartment, just one block from bank, is yours for only $850,000 at door. Has the benefit of being the only apartment on that side of the building which means you can renovate the carpark to include additional secured parking, or further renovation can transform it into an incredible sitting area for outdoor parties.

just so you know, i asked around about this some months ago and it was confirmed that destroying your own vehicle as an "insurance fraud" to avoid waiting for mechanics is a rulebreach and considdered nonrp 😛

I get that... But people IRL destroy their own shit for insurance, so I figured it wasn't totally NonRP, and besides that, I waited over 2 irl hours for a mechanic, not sure why them purposefully ignoring a call for essential services wouldn't be considered NonRP either so they can keep hanging out with their friends that are at the shop. So we're just gonna let it ALL slide. LOL

  3. Shit, try to get a mechanic to come to your broken down car even when there's people AT the mechanic shops... After an IRL hour of no reply, I logged out, came back later in the day and called for help again with 3 mechanics online... waited another IRL hour and had no choice but to push my car into a river so I could get an insurance claim on it.

+1 would be 100% behind this. particularly the concept of boat interiors.

Presently boats and sailing are, to say the least, a niche mechanic. as a method of transportation their usefulness is limited to around the coastal areas, even once you get where youre going you're stranded and need ground transport. however, if you could live out of one, that would be cool, you could harbour outside Paleto for a while then maybe swing down to the southern docks, stay on the move. i think the Journey 2 was a really cool way to make RV's relevant and would love to see the concept explored further!

Definitely, I think even more it would open up Cayo Perico a lot more, get people to dock there and stay long term. It would be a great start to populate that island, maybe even incentive them to open up a store there to cater to boaters.
