Taxi - fuel meter is glitched

Issue/bug you are reporting: Fuel meter of a Taxi is glitched/inverted
Expected behavior: Fuel meter fully green when fuel is on a 100% (in case of a taxi 200%) and become transparent when fuel is consumed.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:
Take out a taxi as taxi driver and the fuel meter should already be fully transparent instead of green.
