[getting out of prison without finish jail time]

Issue/bug you are reporting: teleporting out of prison without finish the jail time

Expected behavior:  when opening the f6 menu it should throw you back where you left.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:  very simple, be in jail and hit f6 go to import and click esc and you will be teleported outside, i have a video down below.
