[things in inventory get bugged when trying to move them]

I'm sure this has been addressed but I figured I would bring it up again. every time I try and move stuff out of my inventory to furniture or from a trunk into my inventory the items get bugged and wont let me move them.

Issue/bug you are reporting: There is no UI to enter the RV, also It wont move

Expected behavior:  

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Bought the Car from the lot near the beach and was able to get in and drive for about 5 feet then it stopped and wouldn't move. Then I noticed there was no UI to enter. relogging did not fix the issue.
