Yes, basically like a mortgage, or renting the property but eventually owning it.
A price and time are set by the owner.
A contract is made, then if the buyer doesn't respect the time, he will lose his money or a fee will be placed on him.

It's currently garbage, but it would be better actually if its fixed.. Like having the options appear easier. I do like it except it takes loads of time just to have the auto aim appear then try to aim at the side of the door or object then go back and front then adjusting a lot until you get the green light to scroll.
I only like it because I can add more small safes and gain the ability to interact with them.
Oh boy it is so difficult to use.

It indeed does happen.
A contract would contain names by taking pictures of the ID, banking information such as account numbers and bank statements.
When the scam does take place by the owner or even the buyer, I do believe the police has the ability to investigate the authenticity of the incident and paper, then the owner would get jailed after appearing in-front of a judge, then the money would get refunded. Especially when the bank statement and account numbers are available.
Lets hope it goes this way. Or else i'll have to use cash instead.
