[U.S. Constitution]

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. We the people in order to form a more perfect union HAVE established justice, ensured domestic tranquility, provided  for the common defense, promoted the general welfare and secured the blessings of liberty to our self's and our posterity have ordained and established this constitution for the United States of America. San Andreas CAN NOT Ignore its status as a common wealth or a state a part of a Union. 

We had a Civil war generations ago when certain states decided to ignore the equality and rights of man our four fathers established, and sent our sons south bound to force emancipation upon the south and reestablish equality and justice for man kind. 

Certain inalienable rights forged in battle by past generations are no longer being respected with in the Republic of San Andreas. It seems we the people no longer are a factor for a over reaching government and over militarized police force.

My four fathers did not defeat the kings of Europe so one day we the people could be out numbered by domestic enemies and be taxed with out representation and have the government grant us permission to a specific firearm. 

In fact so wise were my fore fathers that they foresaw this very situation and put in place previsions for over throwing a tyrannical government.

Born from battle, these United States have bin at war for 97% of our existence. We the people sent forth armies comprised of our son's from all race's and all creeds to take on super powers of the day. This nation dose not run nor dose it retreat.

We will not stand by wile our own government turns a blind eye to foreign and domestic enemies operating against the people of these Unites States. We will not fold or bend knee while being aimed at by the government or a thugs rifle.

Out of state Militias have taken notice of the state of lawlessness and disregard for the bill of rights and constitution with in San Andreas and intend to reestablish equality and carry out and enforce the Supremacy clause of these United states.

Unrestricted firearms for the non felonious citizenry is the only way we foresee certain checks and balances will not be exercised.

We insist the government of San Andreas respect and follow the constitution established by the people of the United States.
