Backstory:

After seeing the corruption of police that they just don't care for people he chosen that he had enough and chosen that he will **fight** them. By gathering weapons and fighting back he declare that he will overthrow the current government and replace it with a republican party. Instead of fighting head on he use tactic of attack and escape using gurrilla warfare. He plans to earn trust of gangs and buy weapons so he can start an armed revolution against the police and government replacing it with a republican party

While I can agree I think they should make it so that IF they want to apply for it to get their character delete it SHOULD be approved by Admin and above

In my view, Character Kills should require approval and they should not be happening every day. They should be part of a wider storyline that encourages players to send their chosen character out in a way fitting his story, rather than just not playing them anymore, be that with the character permanently "leaving" the city, dying in a hail of gunfire, illness, suicide, or any other desired method.

I think we should make it that you CAN make character kill HOWEVER you have to apply for it on the forums and get permission from lead admin and above so that way they can't kill their character during RP without prior permission then have staff delete the character
