    Part 1 : The start

Charles Hall was born in Tunisia in a place that has a high crime rate, he had 2 brothers Badr hall and Bayram hall. His mother's name is mofida hall, the father that raised the 3 of them was an alcoholic and that's the reason for his death. Charles had a different father which he didn't know when he was young, after years Charle's father came with a lot of money, he started giving them money instead of apologizing.

Charles is starting to get worried because he doesn't know why this strange man is giving them money, he didn't take a penny. After weeks Charles  knew that person was his father, but he didn't accept it, so he killed him, Badr and Bayram will, of course, cover his tracks. Charles felt a lot of guilt after he killed his father . Charles's father had a lot of money, and they will go to his mother, but they are frozen at the bank until further investigation of the murder, after some Computing his mother took the money, but Charles still haven't taken a penny because he will feel more guilt.

Charles was a boxer a good one he won a lot of fixtures, and he got a lot of trophies and medals. After years of boxing, he left but kept going to the gym to stay in shape, also he worked as a bodyguard for an illustrious guy in Tunisia. Charles was loved by everyone back there, he is friendly kind and magnanimous he always obeys the law, and he never hurt anyone, but when It comes to his family he will do anything to protect them.

  2. Family first. These two words occupy my mind, letting me understand that I do believe that there is nothing more important than family.

I am so glad to be one of you guys .

Personally, I prefer the way name changes are now.  I do not believe it should return to the in game option it had before, as this often promotes a careless attitude towards changing names.

I can agree that there are plenty of reasons to change it, but unfortunately if its really worth it, then using credits is worth it.

If you live in a country that does not have the ability to perform international transactions, that's unfortunate. It's a shame but that should not restrict the progression of the server or these types of decisions. This new system, in my opinion, improves the server and should remain.  I am not totally familiar with the options you may have, but you could attempt to get someone to gift you credits.

    Either way, -1.

    unfair.

I dont think dmv or police station should do this.

I think you should go to the government hall to get this sorted by an interview by a governor, mayor or judge

+1 , that would be more realistic

They should bring back the free one and actually move it to city hall. You'd do this more in a county clerk based on a US system. Could even be a system people review and accept your name change.

I would think a system where you can request one should be better than any payment option though. No IC or OOC currency at all. Just good and realistic reasons to have a name change that will get reviewed and approved or denied.
