He was not saying we shouldn't drive fast, hell you drop a lot of cash on a fast car, you should be able to tear it up. But when you are driving your car down the road and a bus or truck comes at you on the wrong side of the road at oncoming traffic, it brings you straight out of RP. We had a bus hit us oncoming, we had a armored truck do the same not but 5 mins later. We see people driving on the opposite sides of highways like it is the right side to be on. Not one of these people were in police chases. They were just bad at driving / fail driving and this happens way too often.
