I feel like at least some RP rules should be enforced on the server though. RP fear should definitly be enforced.

Names could be removed, but let the ID number stay please. For when you need to report someone. Also, if names are to be removed, add a system so we can name players, I'm sure as hell not going to recognize people by their looks and clothes, haha.

My guess is "Hur Dur, he had a gun" is reason enough for the cops on this server. Some training in hostage rescue, when it's okay to use a firearm and when it's not, would be nice.

No, I rarely use the big mini-map though. You could always remove 150-200 pixels on the Y settings, and try it out.

If i use yours where on the screen does it appear?
For me it is just above the mini-map.

Can you make a tutorial to edit position of the PLD
While you wait for Spark, here's a small guide:
Open the PLD.ini file that you put in the GTAV folder, I find Notepad++ suits editing files with code in them, but normal Notepad works as well.
In the file you will find
LocTextPosX = 320 LocTextPosY = 1035 LocTextPosX_RadarLrg = 470 LocTextPosY_RadarLrg = 1035
While I have no real idea what is what of "LocTextPos" and "LocTextPosX_RadarLrg" I just added/removed the numbers in equal amount.
The X location starts from the left, and counts pixels to the right, and the Y location starts from the top and counts pixels to the bottom. So if you would put all of the above settings to 1 in each, it would to at the top left on your screen. I set my settings to be
LocTextPosX = 25 LocTextPosY = 785 LocTextPosX_RadarLrg = 175 LocTextPosY_RadarLrg = 785
Which is above the mini-map, which suits me quite nice. If you have a bigger screen, you would have to do a trial and error to get it right. Hope this helped you a bit until Spark gets to work.

Please read the instructions again it clearly says to copy each file in a different place.
The .asi in GTANetwork/bin
and the .ini file in the GTAV folder.

Also, found a good location (for me) for it, above the mini-map:
LocTextPosX = 25 LocTextPosY = 785 LocTextPosX_RadarLrg = 175 LocTextPosY_RadarLrg = 785
This is for 1080 monitor/window if anyone else would like PLD to be above their mini-map

Thanks, I just added all the files to GTAV folder, it got disabled by GTAN I think.
You got a nice location for it? Default location is at the same place as the Eclipse speedometer.

This could/should be incorporated into the server when the next GTAN update comes out. Add a GPS item to the shops, that if a player owns, it will enable Player Location Display. Please?

Issue/bug you are reporting:
I was robbed earlier and I was robbed for 1200$ which it says in the rules that you can't rob more then 1000. Bug should be fixed fast, because if you carry a lot to buy something nice, and get robbed, you are screwed.

I agree totaly, make them expensive as hell. Maybe even raise the insurance cost when everything is stable. Removing them from the cred store is a must.

Yes, we are in desperate need of enhancing the RP ruleset. People are leaving, or thinking about leaving, unless things change. And when everyone except the trolls have left, you will have a cops & robbers server.
