[Some advice on RP]

Since im very new to role play i would appreciate some advice on situations like when approached by medic or police. 

I know how to use /me mostly when describing how my IC does things but i struggle to use /do especially when many people are using chat IC or OCC since the chat gets wild. 

For example if i want to RP a police situation where i want to be a little disobedient how should i use /do properly?

[Getting a raise when working]

I'm confused on how much money i make when working as courier. It seems that the money is dependent on distance and does not increase with time spend working or deliveries made. So i was thinking maybe we could get a raise the more we work on one job.
