+rep this 100% i have also been buying and selling vehicles in real life i have had over 40+ cars sens i was 16 and now im 22 i have never once been scammed there to many times i see people write contracts and the people sign there legal names on it and the car gets transferred over and then he just gets in and says look you just got scammed and drove away no way in real life will you sign a contract with your real name on that and be able to get away with this let alone just get in a vehicle and say you just got scammed people look at this to much as a video game while doing these interactions and not from a rp stand point and i feel the rules regarding this need to be re evaluated/ or we should possibly have a trade function added where we can put the car keys/title in and they can put house keys or money in also kinda like trading on other games or make it to where contracts hold a higher value and if the player is caught breaking it with proof the player who was scammed can report it too pd and a bolo can be put on to the scammer i feel like this would add more to rp scenarios and would also decrease scams iv seen a guy with a bitcoin retro scam 7 people in a week cause they thought his car was legit and saw him use /b to be able to get in his car stating he needs to be in the car to transfer then gets in the car and says you got scammed ic and drives away i just don't see alot of the scams being realistic here i see them more as people just playing a game and scamming in ways that shouldn't be allowed i feel as scamming in a ncz is a little much as scamming is a crime and ncz is a no crime zone im not saying stop scamming as a whole but i feel as if rules should be stricter or like i stated if you have a contract you can go to pd and if the person gets caught with the bolo you can get your items back

+1 great idea also should add editing contact/group names would help a lot instead of having to delete and re add the contact

chop changes every time the phone hits 12 it takes roughly 8 mins to chop if you show up 5-8 mins before 12 might as well just wait and find the next one take all but maybe 5 mins to find chop and if they made it to where chop held out for someone chopping what happens if you have 5 buddy who show up after you and start chopping will it continue to wait? or are you more looking at if you start your chop the chop can move but you will still be able to finish yours

Issue/bug you are reporting: so me and my brother own two building by each other with two outside garages multiple apartments also and we own them all so the issue is no one can do /accessdoor for the garages we have remove permission regave them we have removed the building and rebuilt it completely and its still glitched thats just one bug in our area the next is i own my own apt at the door i do /addpropertypermission Pablo_Cross Buildpermission and it says i don't have management access to my door but then my brother pablo cross walks to my door and he can add and remove it and add other he can also walk to another door owned by our close friend who we gave a apt to and he also has access to do the same even though he doesnt own it

if it was removed by admins why was there no admin marker and why would Yusohelpful say it was removed from reset (cause of possible miss placement) and why would i be told it was okay to build there by mrwonanother we specifically asked staff if we could build here before we bought the house and we were told we could cause we own the entire building and that technically wouldn't be public access cause its a drive way our door is in the center of that whole driveway and would be why it is fenced from the park right next door
