The only other unit in the building is going for 130k, the market dictates the price so i'm unsure where the joke is here, every unit in the building went for over 100k, I was one of the first residents there and have seen the units sold one by one. If you don't want it, move on instead of posting a ridiculous offer, or criticism, want to spend 60k on a place? head to the south ghetto.

Cheapest bike at the HE dealership, the bike has been a trusty ride, fully loaded, white and chrome.
Swing by and snatch it while it's still there.

Only two units in the building left, 120k is the lowest 2nd floor unit available, right next to the pier, Apartment comes with a stash in bathroom with various male clothing pieces. Act quick!

I spent a while fishing, maxing out the weight and since they stack they only took up one slot, when I went to go sell the 23 fish I had, the store only credited me for 1kg fish so what should of been 4k+ I only made about 120 dollars.

And I agree completely FNG, a backpack shouldn't be able to hold guns like that, and I'll even argue that it shouldn't hold as MUCH as a duffel bag can, but it's a great option. I'm not walking around with 24 AK's and Shotguns on me, a backpack that can just double my basic carrying capacity would be stellar

I don't know if adding in an item is even an option but I know that the items are in the normal game. I would love to see a backpack with a few different color options instead of everyone using the same black duffel bags to make additional storage. In an RP sense I don't love carrying a huge duffel bag on me, it doesn't suit my character at all. Anyone else prefer the style of having a backpack on?

All the goal is at this point is not to not be arrested for having some weed on you, I am not talking about growing and distribution that is a much longer/harder topic.

SIGN BELOW IN SUPPORT OF LEGALIZING MARIJUANA
Isn't it about time that we put an end to the criminalizing of Marijuana users in this great city. After being WRONGFULLY accused by the LSPD for a robbery at a convenience store, I was searched on the spot and after discovering marijuana for my own personal use, I was taken into custody (While the real criminals were able to escape) Let's get enough signatures to get this matter in front of the mayor and show that we cannot let a corrupt system continue.

Just a simple man looking to sell some produce.

I recently moved to Los Santos and recently discovered the joys of... gardening.... I know there are some secretive gardening locations around the city that I can exchange recipes and produce with fellow gardening enthusiasts. Any messages that might guide me to where I might find one of these clubs would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to town and am trying to find an inexpensive bicycle that I can buy from someone to make getting around the map easier until I shell out the cash for a car.

Never really knowing his place in the world he grew up in Matty, at 29 years old, gave up all his worldly possessions and the lavish life that his parents had established for him. Through him his life was planned out and he was expected to fall in line with what his father has set up for him to do. Inspired by Christopher McCandless' journey, Matty knew that he had to take back his life. In March 2017 Matty had destroyed his credit cards, and left his home with what can fit in his backpack and set out for the adventure of a lifetime.
Traveling throughout the year and a half Matty has seen most of the country, traveling by train or bus (or sometimes even hitch hiking) to destinations without a plan in mind when he gets there. Upon stepping off the bus in Los Santos something felt different, it didn't feel like a passing adventure like so many of the other cities he had been to before were, this is someplace that he saw himself making a new home.
That's where Matty finds himself now, New to the city without a possession or home, all that's known is that he will make it here... And someday he might share more of the stories he has in the Weazel as he has high hopes of becoming a writer.

Kei, where exactly are you reading that I bought the apartment for 20k?... go back and reread good sir or miss... I bought it for 100k, every unit in the building sold for 100k or more, I was one of the first residents there so I've seen what everything is priced at. There are only two units left one is selling for more than I'm asking for. Obviously there is a market for it and the location near the pier is a fantastic one.
