It's not necessarily in Stab City now, it moves around. You'll have to find out IC where it is.

Once you find it though, you simply do /chopshop when prompted. 

Thanks for the reply. So it doesn't show on the map, but instead you have to personally go searching for it?

I've been to Stab City to attempt to use the chop shop to scrap a car, was just wondering how do i actually do it as i cant seem to figure it out
