[Need 2f Removed]

So it looks like my 2f was already removed, the only thing I need now is my old discord account unbound from the account Fudgewaffle so I can bind my new one to it

Issue Being Reported: Returning after some time away I realized that not only was I locked out of my discord account when my phone broke, so I need my old one unbound from my account in discord, but I also don't have access to the authentication code for entering the server either so i need that removed as well so I can set it up on my new phone and, most importantly, play on the server again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
