["J's Bail Bonds"]

Hello, I'm new around here so I don't know if this has been brought up before or if there's any interest but here it goes (disclaimer Achieved)

There is a bail bonds office in Paleto Bay that gave me the idea of trying to establish a bounty hunter establishment. The basic idea is that if there are serious charges a character can call bail bonds office for a loan (dunno if actual money needs to be transferred) to the city hall to release the prisoner with the agreement that he would show up for court, if he doesn't then bounty hunters are cleared to go out and drag him back to jail with additional charges (fleeing, evasion, whatever).

I understand that this idea is still less than half-baked but I though it would be a good way to introduce myself to the forums. Let me know if there is any way to implement this on the server as I understand that there would need to be a registration and be whitelisting for this particular job.
