East Side Ballaz Formation: its a new set of the famous BALLAZ FAMILY, the set of the gang Was lately formed by Crawford Brooks who Was the member of the South Side Groove, because of the situations that forced him to do this, he couldn't accept that these "gangbangers" choosed money over homies. This gang wants to bring the city a new meaning of the "meance" and new meaning of "loyalty" this gang is all about them colors. The inside rules of the gang were made to bring people together and do whatever it takes to make people be feared of east side ballaz.
We are BALLAZ, we have no fear to nobody, if u will try start somethin' with us, we will deliver death back to u, if u will try to do something to our society, we and our family will destroy everything u have, no matter how rich or poor u are, we will bring the pain. If police will try to start something with ballaz, the ballaz will resist in progress in all meanings.
On El Burro Heights u can see only old school cars, because if u have a rich mans car, that will mean that u have the money, so if u have the money why u did not put them into ballaz, if u have money do it, show the city who we are, represent us, being rich on El Burro Heighs means u are respected by everyone there, u have the best weapons and u already did something for the ballaz.

You can play RP with the police and few criminal factions, other then that, people here are ruining the game. Like the weazel news reporter caused a car crash then i ask what happend, so she started shooting at me, so i run next o police station because it was really close, i was standing there, she camed and shots at me again where there was like 6 police officers inside the building. She didnt say shit, so i just run away and suddenly police chased ME after that
i told what happend to police, i told that same to the admins and they said "Do u have video of that?" i said no, so they ignored me, then the WITNESS came on the scene, tells the whole story to the admins and says that he have video and suddenly admins tells "but that doesnt make any difference, that was RP action, police should take care of it"
Make your own opinion about that, stick with your circle and play only with people who want to play RP, thats my advice.

Hi, does anyone know how to record the vid in gta v? I mean i know gta have something like that so i can record, because when im recording with fraps, its lagging all the time, just slideshow, cant see nothing and i want a smooth video, because things that happens on the server is just depressing and admins cant do nothing because "u dont have evidence, we cant help".

Alright peps, i made this work for me, i was trying to make it since gunrunning update and finally it works for me, the reason why that doesnt works for me before its because i didnt deleting files, i was replacing them and i wasnt restarting my system. So how i did that...
step 1
-download the backup files from the osvaldon link.
step 2
-delete these same files but in gta v folder
step 3
-restart pc
step 4
-start pc and put these files from the backup folder to gta v folder
step 5
-launch gt-mp and at the same time disconnect with the ethernet, then the window with the "offline mode" will show up, then plug the ethernet ON, start the offline mode, log in and kabom
This works for me after 3 days of combinating, good luck.

Whaat? Have no clue what are you talking about now... Everybody says that way that i was doing, even in the Harmdone tutorial, i have to miss the uploading process that way that im doing, because when i upload everything to the gunrunning dlc, i have issues with scripthook, can you explain me how you did that? You have steam or non-steam version, did you buy the game or you download it, and how you are playin in eclipse rp server right now ;/ step by step man, because for the last 3 days im so f**** confused man, i was trying everything.

When the GT-MP menu show up, i press the launch bottom, then at the same time i unplug the ethernet cable, when it says that i can go into "offline mode" in the social club launcher, in the same time i plug in the ethernet cable, and press the "offline mode" then the window show up that i have to log in, so i did that and then this show up "Grand Theft Auto V Launcher stops working" i did it wrong or what?

I did what Osvaldon says and when i downgrade the social club and the gta v, i start the gt-mp, then launch the game, when the gta v launcher was loading i cut ethernet cable off, then turn into gta v offline mode, starts the ethernet again, press LOG IN and it says "Grand theft auto v launcher stops working" well shit, what now.

You have to downgrade again, because you downloaded the DLC
What? I did not downloaded dlc, all the time i want to start the game, it STARTS downloading but i cancel the downoading, so i saw the trick people talking about, that i have to switch my connection off, so i did that, i go into offline mode and then logged in, but it stops and gives me social club errior that it cant find a "bink2w64.dll" file so it cant start and it says that i have to install my game again

I downgrade my game, start the gt-mp, then i logged in into social club and then it start uploading the gunrunning dlc, so i start it again, turn my connection off, go into the offline mode, then turn my internet conecction on, logged in and then i have the "bink2w64.dll" issue, that i cant start the game ;/ can someone help me?

I strill dont understand how you make this work for you.
I download the update file you post, throw everything in the gta folder, then run the gt-mp, while it was loading i turn internet connection off, then i go to offline mode and then i have error about "bink2w64.dll" and this is some bullshit to be honest, because i even download this file, replace it in gta folder, then do it again and the same issue, can you explain me what did you do or can you make youtube video?

How to block connectio for gta launcher or the subprocess? What should i do? When the social club is loading i should off my internet connection or what?

Can someone explain me how it is, that 140 people was playing on GT-MP while we just cant? I have CD version, i can play GTA V but cant play GT-MP because of the "scripthook" error, i tried to downgrade the version, replace scripthook files and everything and still the same issue, anyone? I mean before the gta v update i saw like 170-220 people was playing on the server, thats not a BIG difference after update, how it is and what can i do to play right now on gt-mp?

Hi, did anybody have that same issue after todays GTA V update?
GTA V sugessts me to download the script hook, so i did that, replaced it in gta V fodler and still that same error comes up, any fix?

Is the server on right now? Because on gt-mp it says 172 ppl online but when im trying to join, nothing happens.

I have almost same problem, when im playing online on this server im lagging and after like 20-30 min i just cant play because of it, in single player game runs smooth. In single player my settings are on very high and online i change it on very low and it still laggs, anyone knows how to fix it?
