This could be added to the server as a feature. (not adding the mode but actually scripting it). Should be possible.

I'd like to see this implemented, but how are you going to force such a rule?
I mean, whoever went into the bank senseless and ignoring what was happening, will probably still do it because who cares. From my prespective only by jailing/kicking/giving ban time will such users learn, correct?
Also, you should explain what FearRP is on the top post as it might not be clear to who is not familiar with the term.
