Issue/bug you are reporting: I live in the casino apartments and coming down into the lobby or driving my car back to the garage upon coming back I get like 10 error messages all at once. Which I have attacted

Expected behavior:  My screen goes black and the sound of messages just keep popping up

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Happens first load leaving my apartment and entering the lobby and first time coming back to the casino 
 

[Repairing a car you have perm keys to thats not yours]

I hear this a lot working at Bayview that someone who has perm keys to your vehicle should be able to repair it. Someone could be using it for a certain task and needs it repaired but are unable because they are not the owner. Not sure if something like this would be possible, but just a thought.
