Your Explanation of What Happened: its glitched that keep poping up another guy account who got banned in 2020 and its beacause of the internet we are using in kurdistan wich have a same ip address just diffrenet in 1 or 2 numbers.
Why should your appeal be accepted: its my first time in the server i didnt even know who is this guy and my account name is kavar williams not winterlin and its bugging im 100%
