Vehicle + /panim camera bug

Issue/bug you are reporting: Vehicle rotates when getting in with the camera (from /panim camera) equipped
Expected behavior: /panim is canceled when the player gets in a vehicle, and the vehicle does not rotate
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Once you step inside the vehicle with the camera and look around, the vehicle will point in the direction of your camera, even while off and stationary. You can see a video of this happening here. To my knowledge, this happens with ALL vehicles.
