If no one did crimes there would be no server lol, so u cant say don't do the crime. Make the server more enjoyable for criminals as they are essentially the only reason the server operates

So as everyone knows in prison people beat each other up over not much and try steal from each other, like someone's stamps. If I am wrong and people don't do this then i look like a tart. But from what I've seen people do it all the time, basically walking around prison macho beating people up because they don't hand over stamps or the chat shit.

So to my point, yesterday I had an incident where I was trying steal someone's stamps in prison, this was about after 15 min of me chatting shit to them, doing RP trying to check there pockets and being a menace to them.

I got pulled into admin and talk to and was punished under robbery rule ground because prison is a public place therefore you cannot rob people... yet the shit that goes down in prison, we should all be banned. 

Let me know if i am talking out my ass or not, want some opinions on it.

Taking a vehicle out of the impound lot should not require an LEO player to manually complete it. It is indeed a big waste of time and does not really provide any productive roleplay. Additionally, there are RPly staff at an impound lot to take your documents and fees, etc ; it is not a cop's job.

As shown here as well, why is there so many guards at the location? She is legit covered by guards and cant move sand there is 4 guards on the outside of the circle doing nothing as to what I can see.

As a response to what everyone has said, I understand that you may be doing things elsewhere or you put prisoners in a cell for a reason, but I was not just talking about yesterday, I am talking about all the time.

A lot of the time you will arrive at DOC get put in a locked cell and sometimes not get let out for the entire time your in prison, even though you will be shouting and asking to be let out. As you guards said other people have this issue I am bringing up therefore I feel it is quite important.

I think this is an OOC issue as it requires the prison to be changed in some sort of way, if prisoners are shouting in there cells being asked to be let out but there is not a single guard around  because other things and going on in the prison like people doing paper work and teaching new guards and because of this they cannot hear prisoners somehow then I think its an OOC issue, I understand but still think that if your doing something else and you can hear prisoners shouting you should treat prisoners as a priority and stop what your doing to go deal with them as the prison is in place from guards and prisoners to RP with each other. But if you can hear prisoners shouting at each other and at you but you just sit there then that's both an IC issue and an OOC issue.

I think there needs to be something done to resolve people sitting in cells for 2 hours because guards wont let you out because they don't feel like it. I am not talking about people being punished I am talking about regular people who just get thrown in cells because other people misbehave or because there cell is locked of the start.

I would like if some other prisoners could give their opinion of this

As many prisoners know DOC is one of the worst places to be, 1 because your in prison but 2 because the guards are mostly shite.

What I mean by this is for example you will be locked in a cell when you arrive and you could be doing /shout let me out or /shout i need food and no guard will come to you because they don't care or something? 

Most DOC guards don't care about you and will just ignore you because it makes there life easier. 

I've seen a DOC riot guard shoot a prisoner 3 times with a shotgun because she shoved hi, she did not try stab him or anything, he just shoved her and because DOC guards don't care he took this as a time to have a power trip and put 3 shotgun rounds into her killing her.

I am certain this cannot just be me and I don't think is an IC issue, I think this is an OOC issue with maybe the guards being to board or because they are in prison they think they are "god" or smt so they don't care.

This is an example of them not caring about anything you try to RP or say, I got no response from DOC and the 3rd picture was proof there was many guards on duty, that pic was taken like 20 earlier.

I would like to know what others think about this

Would be great if someone in development could take Bala's suggestion into account as i am sure everyone would benefit from it.

To add what i said earlier and as a response to Satly Python who i believe speaks for most police in saying it cant be much fun un-impounding cars for people.

I believe that a solid solution could be as follows:

You arrive at the impound and use the /release button, this notifies the police but also starts a timer somewhere on your screen

This time would be 10 min

This gives police 10 min to respond / arrive and impound a car for you, but if this does not happen you can do it your self after the timer runs out.

Simple solution that saves a lot of time and annoyed people.

Most people will know what is about to be said.

The impound lot is the biggest waste of time in the game. Most the time you will sit there for like 30 min with no police coming even though your spamming the button as much as possible, I am not sure if this is police cant be asked or if they just don't get notified, I've had many occasions where police are in the station, ill run to the impound lot and push the "button" but no one will come. I think the impound needs to be changed.

I recommend that people can release their own vehicles. I know this takes away some police jobs and some RP but I think most people would like it.

What do you guys think?

[Need a refund on a credit apartment]

So I spent 100 euro on the server as I really enjoy it and wanted an apartment to cook in, I was looking at apartments and found one i liked and bought it, i did not see the relatively small text saying you cant cook in them.

I wanted to know if I could get a credit refund so i can spend them on a car instead.
