This has been happening for months since the confirm button was added instead of clicking escape to save mods. I never had this issue before the buttons were there. I swear I saw another bug report for this same issue months back, but can't find it now, hence why I'm just now reporting it.

Issue/bug you are reporting: When confirming mods in /modview, sometimes it takes 8 or more times to select and confirm until it actually applies in /modview. Happens with everything - paint, wheels, neons, lights etc.
Expected behavior: To apply selected mods when selecting confirm the first time

To be fair, houses outside of the city typically sell for quite a bit more. But this is worth nowhere 700k. I think homie knows he made a bad purchase and is trying to get as much money back as he can.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Logged in and for some reason I was able to hear PD's 911 frequency while being on a complete different frequency on my criminal character. Apparently this has happened to multiple people today, relogging fixed it though. It seems to be completely random when you login.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Ventilators sell for $450 at pawn shop. The furniture store vents and the real imported vents are named the exact same thing, "Large Wall Fan" and they end up selling for 45% of the furniture store price which is $1000.
Expected behavior: Real ventilators should sell for 45% of 50k, which is $22,500 and not $450.
