I was referring to "easier punishments for law-abiding citizen". If you drive recklessly regardless if you have a criminal history or not, you can be arrested. There is no such thing as "easier punishments for law-abiding citizen" law.

of course  you can be arrested  but you also have the right to set the bail as well and if nobody can pay the bail and you will get arrested especially if it's your first offense going to give them harsh punishment for their first misdemeanor doesn't seem very right that's what the United States put in the 8th Amendment right

Well, that is not quite how it works in real life at least in United States. If you're a law-abiding citizen then you should not be committing traffic violations as well.

i am not sure were you live because in the United States there is this thing called the Eighth Amendment right but I'm just letting you know there's other options besides sending people straight to jail or prison

The Power of the Eighth Amendment

The Eighth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, prohibits the government from imposing excessive bail on individuals.

Probation is a court-ordered period of supervision served in the community. ... When a judge sentences a defendant to probation, the judge typically suspends the jail or prison sentence and makes the suspension conditional on the defendant meeting certain requirements

    examples
    house arrest
doing public tasks such as cleaning the trash off the road
court orders a defendant to wear when they're on probation, parole, or house arrest.

So I am a Law Abiding Citizen with in the city I know I do reckless driving, speed sometimes cuz getting  money for my self is really difficult to get and at the moment I'm a pizza driver if I get pulled over by the police for something small as reckless driving it could be arrest able offense and like I said I want to be a law-abiding citizen so to prevent me going straight to prison for something small such as a misdemeanor I was thinking of a suggestion of adding Bail System or even probation system and this would even help out with probationary cadets so say you like I get probation for my punishment instead of jail time I would make sure that I would fill all the parking meters or I would clean the whole Windows within the PD  for certain amount of days or even hours or if I was drinking and driving instead of going straight to prison you'd sit in the cell and have a $5,000 bail set out until someone pays it

so the two  suggestions I am adding here is a bail bond system and a probationary system I've already talked with the assistant chief of police and he thinks it's a good idea

let me rephrase that that was all metaphors examples of the reason why we need that system in because sending them straight to prison ruins our whole entire life time for people in real life they do set bail for misdemeanors the same thing goes for probation that's why do you think there's probationary officers in real life I was just saying we had those thing in City and it wouldn't be just for law-abiding citizens it would be for people that's in trouble with the law as well
