" 5.6. No Crime Zones
5.6.1 No crime zones (NCZ’s) are areas of the city which are against the rules to commit crimes involving a victim or
disobey a police order even when you may have an in character reason. A player whom is wanted from the police may
run if confronted in a no crime zone but may not continuously return without it being considered cop baiting for a
chase. You may also drive through a crime zone during a pursuit if needed to escape, and if being chased by a
criminal, they may not attack you once you are within the crime zone and watch and wait for a more realistic time to
strike. NCZ’s are in place to simulate a heavily guarded area which would be unreasonable to commit crimes in
realistically.
5.6.2. No Crime Zones Include:
● The block surrounding and the interior of the Los Santos Police Department.
● The block surrounding and the interior of Los Santos Medical Center.
● The block surrounding and the interior of all active banks.
● The block surrounding and the interior of Tequil La La poker lounge.
● The interior of The Yellow Jack Inn poker lounge.
● The Airport drop off. (New character spawn)
● The parking lot of the DMV.
● The Bolingbroke Prison and the parking lot / gate interior surrounding. "

How did the player break the rule?: My alarm went off while I was training a new medic. My car was in the MD Parking lot.
lucky for us, We ware 10-9 at MD, 
so I Instructed my EMR (Cameron Myers) to drive to the parking lot, and there was Stranger 5155 5526, 
Lockpicking my car, He failed Again. I tried to warn him OOC and his reaction was to stop lockpicking and run away
without saying anything IC or OOC.
I then PM him trying to Explain to him hes doing something wrong and the reaction I got back was kind of rude.

Evidence of rule breach: Will send the evidence video to the admin who will handle this report, 
as it contains Admin chat and cannot be shared in public.

I can confirm he was trying to rob the car in a NCZ.

Video shows the reporting party entering the LSES parking lot where she sees a man attempting to pick lock her personal vehicle. The player is confronted in /b that the area is NCZ and after the lock picking fails the player runs off without saying anything.
