uriel250
Player(s) being reported: Mask 1150_3608 Date of rule breach: 17/08/18 Time of rule breach: Just now Your characters name: Kevin Rose Other players involved: Specific rule broken: Power Gaming How did the player break the rule?: *Notes: if you hear people talking at the background I was on skype call with my friends so don't mind it. *If you wish I can add a longer video when I ask him over VOIP if I can charge my phone and he says "Get In", but I uploaded short video because there is a lot of background noise from the skype call so I think these 15 seconds show pretty much everything - Admin, if you require the longer video please let me know. At first I asked him if I can charge my phone in his car and he told me "Get In" (See the chat). Then he told me to get out and I told him to wait a few more minutes and he just did /eject without proper RP which is considered PG Is it realistic that the driver can kick someone out of his car without even moving from his seat or doing any action (In this case /me /do properly) ? He just forced it by abusing the command /eject. Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/bEBSc3XirtM Edited August 17, 2018 by uriel250
Bakmeel
Hello, Thank you for making the report. I was the person who kicked you out of my car after I asked you to leave. Please reread the last line of this rule stating that forceful server commands including /eject do not fall under powergaming rule 5.2.1. Powergaming is the act of roleplaying something unrealistic or forcing roleplay actions on other players by using roleplay commands. Forceful server commands, such as, /cuff or /mug are not considered powergaming.

Powergaming is the act of roleplaying something unrealistic or forcing roleplay actions on other players by using roleplay commands. Forceful server commands, such as, /cuff or /mug are not considered powergaming. /mug or /cuff is a different story, that's another thing compared to what you have done. When you /mug someone you of course you have to RP robbing him, telling him to hands up while aiming pistol at his head or something (otherwise you can't use the CMD /mug as the script will not allow you), if he puts their hands up then it means he allow you to do whatever you want and fear for his life because he don't want to die, so you can steal his wallet without giving him a fair chance to reply like "/do Anything stops me ?". When officer /cuff you he will either taze you first or cuff you while you are injured, so you can not really resist (If someone was shot IRL, the officer will be much stronger than him so he can easy put the cuffs on him, hence you don't have to give him a fair chance to reply to your RP with /do, only /me and /cuff). This is shame you are support staff and did ZERO RP before you kicked me out of your car, how did you do that ? It seems like you had more power than me because you are god or something ? I could easily resist, I was not injured and it was a 1V1 (for example, if you were 3 people in the car trying to kick me out it would be more realistic). I will give you another example so you understand better. /eject and /takebattery (for example) without proper RolePlay is Powergaming, you can abuse the CMD /takebattery (or /eject) and do it to many people for no reason without prior Roleplay and it will take their phone battery and destroy it, but how ? you had to give them a fair chance to resist before you do that. What have you done fall under PG and it was clearly PG for the reasons I mentioned above, you was lazy to RP and you made the mistake, I think you should learn more RP before you become support staff. I hope it was clear enough.
Bakmeel
Thank you for replying, I will explain my situation in more detail since you feel there was a big rule breach here. After you ask me if I have a charger in my car I kindly let you use it even though I dont know you. I suddenly need to leave for OOC reasons and wanted to go as soon as I could to attend to this and park my car somewhere safe. I kindly ask you to leave my car and you refuse to leave it, I then kick you out of my car by force since I did not have time to explain to you what was going on. I am not going to repeat myself again at this point as it will be useless. Everything was explained in my second reply, what you have done was PowerGaming, you could just admit and say you made a mistake instead of arguing for nothing. Kris
Hello Kevin and thank you for reporting. Mask 1150_3608 / Vince Williams will not receive a punishment as the player was not in violation of the Powergaming rule as forceful server commands are allowed, therefore, his actions were justified.
