"5.3.1. Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally without
having a valid in-character reason to do that. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a permanent ban."

How did the player break the rule?: After robbing me and my friend, he started kicking my car,so i started kicking his, then he killed me
(i guess the reason was for kicking his car). But he also killed my friend who was fully cooperating and was still on his knees and with his hands up while being shot.
After all of this. Some random farmer came up to us and just casually checked inventory with no RP.

First of all, as I can hear in video you’re speaking in discord or teamspeak, whatever, but thats against the rules. 

Secondly, you were both shot, because tou tried to steal a car, as a consequence you got robbed. You would have both survived if you wouldnt have kicked the white car. If you want to roleplay that situation properly, you would never kick a car when there are 3 guys aiming at you. 

All in all, I dont know why I shot your friend, I wouldnt have shot him if you didnt act like a moron and hit a car. And in case you didnt know, La Familia, gang which I represent is in war with Narcos, and you were both dressed in red. So I guess I had a proper reason to shoot both of you, just because we are in war and we had shootouts previously.

First speaking in discord isnt against the rules if you dont use the information gained from discord in-game.

Second i tried to steal your car yes, but for almost a minute i was just standing there doing nothing, I kicked the car because you kicked mine for no reason, nobody was aiming at me at that point so i wasnt afraid.

All in all i still dont think you could kill my friend just because we are in a gang thats at war with you but he fully cooperated and did everything you said him to do and was still on his knees when you killed him.

It is against rules, because you are speaking with the same guy which one is in the same spot as you are, how actually you broke the rule? Well IRL i haven't seen guys who can talk telepathic and what about you?

Second thing you tried to rob the car and it is already a good reason to shoot you down, but they didn't until you started to hit their car, as you said " I kicked the car because you kicked mine for no reason" seriously? like seriously? two guys are aiming with guns at you because you tried to steal their car, also you are the gang who is in war with that gang - to be honest they can do whatever they want, hit your car, piss on your car or even on you, you broke the rule of Fear rp.

So I suggest to you just delete the topic until you get banned yourself,

Please quote the rule i broke where it states i cant speak in discord, i cant use information gained from it.

And again they werent aiming at me anymore so i wasnt afraid so kicked their car and instantly got killed. Another thing being in a gang war isnt a valid reason to kill someone as stated in the rules. And once again somehow you fail to realize im reporting you killing my friend when he was fully complying with your demands.

Well see who gets punished, im glad to learn if i broke any rules, to me this just seems like scaring tactics so i would delete this thread and you wouldnt get punished.

Im not replying anymore to this and letting the admins decide who broke what rules here.

You just got robbed, two guys still around with guns, you were on knees, and you say you’re no more scared? This is bullshit, you FailRP by telling these words. If it was real life, and you got caught in a scene where you trying to steal a car, than being robbed, you would never kick a car. Never. Just imagine this situation, and you are our enemies, like youre not safe when we are around and we are not safe when you are around, because any moment shit can happen, and you started the shit by robbing pur car. We didnt plan to shoot you, but you kicked the car, so we shot you. And we didnt shot a innocent man or a stranger, we shot your friend, who was in a crime scene with you.

Okay, after reviewing this report I see a number of issues.

1. @Emanuel Torreti whilst he was kicking your car, his actions are unrealistic , his friend had no involvement in that, you had already robbed them and no additional demands were being given, you shot him dead with no in-character reason to do so, you will receive your 2nd punishment of DM, and your ban will be increased from 24 hours to 72 Hours. 

2.  @Eric Poly it is not acceptable to get up and start actively damaging their car whilst guns are pointed at you, you will receive your first Non-RP behaviour.
