How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I'd like to first thank the member of staff who handle this report. I'm not one to make reports often but after this very clear bug abuse, and the fact that the player admitted to it, I felt obliged to do so.

ID 300 was identified by one of my allies as an individual who had aimed a gun at him and given him demands recently in Braddocks (A known Rooks Turf). I arrived as backup and rolled into Braddocks with him behind me. As we were rolling in, we saw ID 300 driving out of Braddocks, so we quickly turned around and chased him to see where it would lead. I honestly didn't even want a fight, I mainly just wanted to find out who it was, in order to deal with it politically.

 

While following ID 300, it's very clear in my POV that they are Wiggle Boosting and Break Boosting in order to gain an advantage in the chase.

After the chase is over, I PM ID 300, asking them to save their POV for Wiggle Boosting, in which they reply "I never Wiggle Boost - I break boost 3 times". Clearly admitted to bug abuse. I have this screenshotted with a /time below.

I tried reaching out asking them if they would like to restart the chase and resolve this off of Forums, however they wanted to just argue that they would have won the chase regardless, so I was left no other choice but to report such blatant bug abuse.

When driving any vehicle, I have the tendency to press A and D while holding W. It is just a habit that I have and I do apologize if it does look immersive. I want to make it clear that swerving constantly does not increase the speed of the Tropos Ralley. The vehicle is not a SUV such as the Toros or the Novak that do gain speed while swerving the tires back and fourth. This could be tested with any sport vehicle such as the Paragon or Elegy Retro and there would be no increase of speed. Again, it is just a habit that I have with all vehicles that I drive and I am sorry if it ruins the immersion of others. I will make the effort to control my habit.

Moreover, I made it clear to the reporter that I was brake boosting my vehicle to gain speed. I was never made aware that brake boosting was against the rules and classified as " Bug Abuse " Brake boosting is simply just holding W and S over a bump for a quick second, resulting in a quick boost. I had always thought that this was considered as a driving technique but now I know that it is consider a bug. One example could be clearly shown in the third video at around 0.03 seconds where you could see my brake light turn on driving over the quite large bump, gaining some speed.

There is a video that was created by Zez that further goes into the details of the driving techniques. 

 

All and all, I appreciate the staff handling the report, and I do now understand that brake boosting ( Which I had done to gain speed ) is considered as Bug Abuse and I will make sure not to use the driving technique again which includes Curb Boosting, Brake Boosting and Double Clutching.
