How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

At first when me and ( Jacob Empire - 27 ) was entering Braddocks Drug lab we saw the ( ID 27 - Rule Breaker ) aiming and demanding at us with a Assault Rifle, so we left the car and started shooting at ( 74 ) and we killed him, ( it's clear in my evidence ), and after that when we tried to Finish him we saw that he's not dying and he disconnected after few seconds which that is combat log, 

Also I'm going to Refund Request after this report accepted for getting his Guns and Vest

Sorry but as i Record my POV's with Nvidia Geforce Experience ( Shadow Play ) i couldn't set the volume because i already set it on 0 ( Mic and Audio ), and my complete POV which is 5 minutes doesn't have any sounds, but i don't think my evidence needs a sound to proof the Combat Logging because it was obvious, and as i learned from this i will setup my Audio for next POVs

Hello i was also apart of this situation and i got killed before the reporting party showed up and killed the reported party. I have pov of the reported party combat logging that i will put bellow and i also tried to reach out to the reported party in the eclipse discord and too see if he C0 or if he just combatloggedi will post a screenshot bellow as well. And i got no response in the discord channel from the reported party. I also have extended version of the video but i dont feel like its needed but i can provide it too the staff that is taking this report if its needed.

hey guys its ollie here, I want to first off say im very sorry for logging off, for the explanation I was very tired last night, I shot someone after this guy broke fear rp at the drug lab. It was very late at night and after being killed after this guy took sooooo many bullets, in my deepest frustration I decided to log off. I want to take this time to apologize to ALL of the staff team, I am very sorry for logging off. I can assure everyone this will not happen again and that I am sincerely apologetic. I am willing to give these items back happily to this reporter, and put this behind us. I am very sorry again Doan and the reporters, this wont happen again. If there is anything I can do to make this right let me know guys. I don't want to make excuses and will take a punishment if needed but again I will give these items back, and am sorry once again guys, this wont happen again. Thankfully i was notified in game and was able to read this before its too late, edward or bob i will gladly do something for u guys, sorry.

Ollie_Thomson│ID 74: Combatlogging - As shown in the evidence, there was an active shootout where ID 3 (Edward_Diamante) opens fire on you. You get injured and ID 3 tries to kill you. ID 3 did not succeed in killing you and moves on by accessing your inventory together with ID 27 (Jacob_Empire). Both players close the inventory again and make a second attempt to kill you. During this attempt, you disconnect from the scenario. No message in the #crash-reports channel was made and no attempt informing to the reporting party was made.

You has explained your side of the story and mention that you were tired and frustrated, and making the decision to log off. A player is expected to not transfer feelings between out of character and in character. This could cause other players to get their experience affected in a bad way and lose immersion. It goes without saying that disconnecting on purpose to avoid scenario's is not accepted. You also admitted that the disconnection was on purpose.
