FRP- 214 had a firearm actively aimed at him and demands were being given but he continued to disregard them or value his own life. 

NRP - Was shot and didn't RP any kind of wounds or didn't acknowledge when he was tased or shot.  Was asking 241 to shoot him repeatedly.

Thank you for taking this report. I did not save or record at the time. I had reported in game when it happened to hopefully have assistance, but I was never asked to save footage for the situation! 

And just to add, I never shot him in my eyes. I shot next to him trying to make him realise it was a real gun and not a tazer. A warning shot.

My character resists being arrested or detained. That's him. Me and Nakamura mutually agreed near the end before I was put into solitary and the scenario that it is our characters decisions and we have nothing against each other. Other than that it was pretty interesting to see the DOCs response to heavy resistance, and they actually did a good job. Nothing was escalated afterwards, there was no negative outcomes. And I was shot, but accidents happen, which is understandable.

Thank you kindly for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following significant review of the provided evidence as well as statements from the players, we have decided to conclude this report as follows:

Player Ty_Shipley will receive a Non Roleplay | Fear Roleplay punishment for the reported incident.

To explain the rationale for the above punishment I would like to direct your attention to the video provided by the reporting player. At the approximate timestamp of 0:08 a firearm was aimed and demands given to the reported player to get on his knees. The reported player continued to walk around and disregard the demands and firearm. This same action repeated itself at approximately 0:20 as the DOC employee continued to follow behind the player and reissue demands.

What occurs in this situation is a clear lack of regard for life and safety. When a firearm is aimed at close range and demands issued, one should demonstrate fear associated with the potential loss of life and comply with the demands. The continued walking and non compliance with demands on numerous occasions as presented within this evidence is a clear violation of our rules pertaining to Fear Roleplay and as such the reason for the above mentioned punishment.
