(300 words maximum) I was mining for stamps, and I was told to give my stamps. I said no, and then I was attacked and killed by 3 other people. I do not see this as high roleplay standards at all, and play to win mentality. We gave demands to drop his stamps and he did not comply and we outnumbered them. I waited 30 seconds to start attacking as he was not complying with our demands. He also ran inside to snitch us out to the guards. I believe we had DM rights as we gave demands and they was not listened to. I am pretty sad that every situation of someone losing ends up on the forums. It's pretty obvious that he is just mad that he lost his stamps and brought it to the forums even though we had dm rights. Please make sure you include the entire situation from when you were mining we gave you more than enough time to comply. We had build up. alan3jfarrell Posted June 26, 2021 Report Share Posted June 26, 2021 Kay Bolton I have been reported for a prison fight before so Im pretty careful in jail when it comes to dm but with no footage I don't really know what happened in this situation but if I remember correctly when I jumped in was after the RP already punched back at Carter Warner a fellow gang member of mine and I was backing him up as I should. We gave him sufficient warnings to give stamps and implemented correct RP techniques - yet when we was isolated with him he ignored Fear RP and continued to run around blatantly disregarding the value of his own life and not following our demands. As for the footage, the cache is deleted after 2 days so why Timowthy has left it this late, is seriously beyond me. That's 48 hours afterwards. It's more evident of his rule breaking of Non Fear RP then it is our alleged rule break so why he is pursuing this is again with a self conflicting report seems strange to me. This was motivated purely emotionally by Timowthy, I strongly believe if he didn't lose the assets in that encounter he wouldn't be here on the reports trying to slap us with warnings. thank you administrators. 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After reviewing the footage and looking at the statements given by the reported players I have come to the conclusion to deny this report. Just to make everything clear - you are not to attack another player based on demands given: "give me your stamps, you have 30 seconds to do so" without any roleplay commands used. You could have used roleplay commands to hold him down with your whole group, but you did not. This makes the demands given completely invalid, The reason why this report is denied is following - the reported party was yelling for help and asking for DOC guards. I find that a good and realistic reason to participate in a prison fight - realistically if you snitched to DOC guards, you'd get beaten up. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
