Midorina Posted June 20, 2021 Report Share Posted June 20, 2021 Mechanics should be allowed to fix the vehicles without requiring the actual owner of the vehicle. Otherwise it is impossible to steal broken vehicles, or have them repaired by a friend, because they can not be repaired by someone else.
