Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was conducting a 10-55 on Levi Knight after being informed to by a detective and I ran the plate which it came up that the registered owner had an active warrant for reckless on his record. After getting the drivers license from Levi I had him step out of the vehicle which he did - he kept demanding to know why, I was asking him to place his hands up but didn't want to comply, he then jumped into his vehicle and it became a pursuit. It ended up with Levi and passenger hitting a tree and tasers aimed at them, once we got them out and attempted to cuff them Levi kept complaining IC and mentioning some insults based off voices but that doesn't matter, he then decided to excessively use OOC chat to inform us of our "cringe roleplay" and that he'd be logging out due to this. After we finally got them in cuffs I had called for a flatbed to impound the vehicle, and I began placing changes onto Levi Knight which he informed us he was busy and going for breakfast - and cya. I told him he wasn't able to leave yet, but he decided he was - I followed up in #crash-reports but he decided to come off as displayed below. Evidence of rule breach: My nvidia recording software for some reason recorded my secondary screen of TeamSpeak/TAC instead of my primary discord so gameplay isn't possible, but I do have audio if that helps with the report.
