I was going to the Humane lab to buy some material for later. As the mentioned guys above pulled up with a car and started shouting and screaming at me to put my hands up. We had no interaction before hand. I see this place the same as a general store where there are employes that gives you the stuff out of there and i consider it public area in that manner. So in my eyes this is Non RP as they had no valid reason to rob me.

hello, I'm ID 4, and I'm speaking for ID 62 as well,
1. you are claiming that we did a "poor RP", i will object this claim, IRL you won't see muggers/robbers making a small talk with the one they are mugging. we did our best to make better RP out of that,

how's that happned?
me and ID 62 was driving towards main bank, we saw a dark non-off-road van driving up the (off-road) hill/mountain towards human-labs, IC'ly i know people drive there to buy weed, so i though he had some handy stuff like : weapon/weed Ect, we drove smoothly throw the guard toll, and when we arrived to his car i blocked his car, from the toll POV you won't see our car aggressively blocking his car (so far this is really RP'ly), then my friend proceeds to take out his weapon and shout at 42 to put his hands up, you can clearly see throw 42's pov that we were in a blind zone, 
and we robbed our "friend" here,
i proceeded the rp , i told him that he is free to go after we would enter the car, and we left the place un-noticed and un-harmed.

 

Reasons we though that he had something good with him:
he was rushing (non rpl'y) with his non-off-road van throw the mountains, in the off-road, so me and my friend though he had something good like a weapon or weed to sell.


why we robbed him at labs even though it's a "public place"(aka why we did not break the player-theft rule):
it was midnight= no workers/employees
human-labs locations is between the mountains = people can't see us throw the mountains
he was in a blind zone = the "guards" can't see us do anything there, 
as you can see throw his video.

then why are you buying stuff from there in 3AM? this isn't some hospital, there should be no workers.

ID 42 started to report us before he comply to our demands ("down on your knees"), and he started saying "save POV" before we finished the rp, this is just giving me a bad rp experience

 

if the administration would see that I'm guilty I would accept it gladly, but I want to take the blame from ID 62 because he is a new player and he does not deserve to get punished about this.

 

 

disclaimer (not really about the report but I feel like I should add it):

my friend (ID 62) is a new player, he did not knew that it's taking time (animation) to take out the weapon, I should have told him that beforehand to make this situation smoother.
and as his first time robbing someone he was a bit nervous so he was too close to his mic.

I would like to apologize if i am in the wrong, but it's all such a grey area to me so i would just like to know what you did was proper RP... i personaly encountered it first time and I was surprized when you started robbing me. Would just like to get anwser... if its proper RP I will remember it if it's not it fine.

he felt asleep ATM, but i can answer you this if that's alright?

he is my cousin, and he is in my "group", our plan was to make some quick money, we started looking for protentional people to rob/abandoned car's to hijack for like a hour or so, then we saw that this dude was driving crazy towards the mountain and i told him to prepare the firearm, and shout at him "hand's up" when we would get to him (all of this happened IC'ly), this is pretty much his story.

hey, im id 62, "d3vil" pretty much told the story, i got in the server, we bought some guns and i wanted to get into the criminal life, he seemed like a potentional guy to mugg, "d3vil" told me in the car to prepate the weapon and shout at him to pull his hand's up, (i did it a bit early), and this is pretty much my story

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue punishments to the following player(s):

• Boris_Graffman [4] - Will receive a Punishment for NonRP - Unrealistic Robbery.

• Vladimir_Igorovitch [62] - Will receive a Punishment for NonRP - Unrealistic Robbery.

 

Going through the provided evidence, the reported players can be seen driving to Humane Labs and robbing the reporting player there. What's wrong with this robbery is that it took place at Humane Labs, a Chemical Research Company. Realistically, there are armed guards everywhere, in and around this building. Meaning, there's no realistic way of robbing this player at that place. Also, our rules clearly state " Robberies must be conducted at secluded areas", a Chemical Research Company is not a secluded area, therefore both players will be receiving said punishments.
