How did the player break the rule(s)? 
We had plans to sell a gun to ID 119 so we met up at North Lab, during the convo with ID 183, he stated he is good with Irish so we decided to rob the guy instead. While under gun point ID 119 decided to pull his weapon and start a gun fight.

This was not a gun deal gone bad. It was a poorly set up ambush from the very beginning. I was asked if I wanted to buy a gun and I said I already had one. He then asked "if I wanted to go look at his lab, but first had to go get things ready”. I was 100% sure with zero doubt I was being set up. Along with being so obvious about setting up an ambush, they have never dealt with Johnny Longhaul before. This told me these guys were inexperienced and didn't know what to expect. I have been extensively trained for situations exactly like this. I followed him back there, not to buy a gun, but to take him and whoever was waiting there for me out. From the beginning, I was planning on killing them once they made the first move. As you can see, I had no reason to fear them. With my standard pistol I took one out and put four rounds in the other before one of his wild panic shots from his more powerful  Desert Eagle hit the propane tank, causing it to explode. Replay the video in slow motion a few times and you’ll see why I had nothing to fear. They know who Johnny Longhaul is now.

First he says "them", I was called into the situation while ID 119 and ID 183 where already at north lab. There was never any involvement with me until after the situation started. For someone who is "extensively trained"  as he calls himself would have never entered a drug lab alone. For someone who is so highly trained, I would ask how he had to break a rule to use his Clint Eastwood tactics.  As can see in the POV I was 1/2 health due to not having food Before it started. 4 shots as he said would have killed me. Him and ID 183 were killed by an explosion, not his spamming of shots. ID 183 was typing. After him being under gun point, no one ever thought he would break any rules since he is so highly skilled.

Johnny_Longhaul│ID 119: NRP - As shown in the evidence, you pulled out a firearm while there were multiple hostiles aiming guns at you that were giving you demands. This shows a complete disregard to the life and safety of your character. The rules state that if a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands, and a player is not showing proper fear if they run while a weapon is aimed at them at close range. There is a difference between roleplaying a character in the way that you want to and roleplaying your character in an unrealistic manner to circumvent the rules.
